Suzanne has always been actively involved in careers and employability events – regularly speaking and presenting to school students about careers in the industry. She also spent many years on the Women In Property Newcastle committee. Why NAWIC? I have spent most of my career without any visible female role models in positions senior to me in what is still a male dominated industry. Engaging with female leaders I found around me in other organisations was incredibly important. Through NAWIC I hope to promote women within our industry and provide younger members with access to mentors and role models that they may not otherwise find within their organisations. |
